the breakfast was amazing with so many options and the staff were so friendly and helpful! the outdoor pool was heated, is great for a morning swim. the location is near an amusement park perfect if have kids with you!

The room was neat and large. The hotel facilities were fantastic. The hotel location is a short drive from the airport. It is also a short drive to the city. I appreciated the attention to detail.
I found that some parts of the hotel were closed, like some bars, which gave a bad impression.

The hotel is perfect for visiting Isla Magica. It is an okay distance to walk to the city center. You can walk along the Guadalquivir river path. You can also take a regular bus.

decent stay with some issues
breakfast varietyroom uncleanedbroken coffee machine
the breakfast had good variety and quality food i found acceptable.
the room cleanliness was not good a sock was left by a previous guest i discovered on a window platform the french window would not shut properly as something was stuck in the frame i found this concerning. the kettle in the room had severely burnt metallic interiors and the nespresso machine was not working there was no response received after my request through the hotel's mobile app i was also quite disappointed.
